Another important column is ZRAWANNOTATIONTYPE if you just want to get your notes or something. To export the data you need to highlight the rows you want then Right Click > Copy as CVS (MSExcel Compatible). Or you can run an SQL Query to get just the columns you want then copy from that. In SQLite Manager just go to Execute SQL, paste your preferred query and hit Run SQL.

That said, there is another, little-known way to view your Kindle highlights: using your online, web-based Kindle profile. Tap on the notebook icon at the top of any page in a book and you will get a scrolling list of all highlights, notes, and bookmarks. In the notebook view, you can delete, star, and link back to the original page of a selected annotation. Unfortunately though, Marvin only supports.ePub files, so those who regularly access the Kindle Store will sadly have to sit this one out. BLUEFIRE READER Though it’s not as greatly known as Amazon’s Kindle app, or Apple’s iBooks, Bluefire Reader is great for reading both ePubs encrypted with Adobe’s DRM, as well as unencrypted ePubs and PDF files. You can then simply authorize the app with your Adobe ID, and download books from either Dropbox or iTunes to add them to your library.

PDFs too have no way to extract highlights unless through some third party apps/sites like Goodreader. Don't even get me started on trying to highlight in browser and then copying those (planning a tut on that in the future) to a simple Word doc (spoilers: ridiculously hard). I don't even need to highlight for school or anything very important.
