Best Answer: Apple does make an iWork package that is similar to Microsoft Office. What I would suggest, however is to try NeoOffice for free first. It's a full office suite that also will open and SAVE in Microsoft Office format if you choose. I've opened Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with it. It really is a great piece of software. IWork is also good, but I've heard that some parts are better than others. Keynote (equivalent to PowerPoint) is supposed to be terrific.
